Buried concrete footings are used as foundations for lighting columns. Buried concrete filled reinforcement baskets are used as foundations for lighting columns and poles.
Concrete foundations and reinforcement baskets have new improved construction manufactured on the modern production line (vibro-pressing)
- lower weight with better fastness parameters,
- easier transportation and assembly,
- wider choice of the foundation heights depending on the installation conditions,
- computer optimisation of the foundation type choice depending on the kind of ground,
- better quality of the external surface.
ATTENTION:
The name for so far two concrete footings and reinforcement baskets have been changed:
- from B-42, Z-42 to B-71T, Z-71T (for pole SP-5W),
- from B-61, Z-61 to B-51A, Z-51A (for columns SAL DECO-1 and SAL DECO-2).
CONCRETE FOOTINGS
Technical information:
- concrete class B20,
- steel reinforcement basket,
- screws spigot endings hot galvanized,
- in concrete footings for column and flag poles we use thermo-shrinkable sleeves put on the screw endings in place of base plate deposition, what protects against corrosion on screw,
- side holes and vertical hole to provide power cables,
- surface is covered with an impregnate coating(certified asphalted anion emulsion),
- square section (columns and flag poles ,poles SP-31W, SP-5W) or round (poles with external plastic coating and column SAL DECO-3).
Advantages:
- single-element construction makes it easy to place products in the ground,
- fast and easy assembly with no seasoning required.
REINFORCEMENT BASKETS
Technical information:
- steel reinforcement basket,
- protected corrosion resistant oxide paint,
- screws spigot endings hot galvanized,
- in reinforcements baskets for columns and flag poles used thermo-shrinkable sleeves placed on the screws spigot endings at the base plate set-back, which protects the screw against the corrosion cell,
- square section (columns and flag poles, poles SP-31W, SP-5W) or round (poles with external plastic coating and column SAL DECO-3).
Advantages:
- light weight facilitates easy transport,
- installation in foundations individually made by a customer on site.
The manufacturer recommends using original concrete foundations and fixings that guarantee the stability and safety of the whole construction
