ROSA is the first company in Poland and Middle East Europe to design, introduce and patent modern technology for the production of cylindrical – conical seamless aluminium columns. You will find few dozens of poles propositions in height of 3 to 16 meters in our offer, vary because of the height, shape, colour and functionality.

CHARACTERICTIS FEATURES:

small mass, what is a result of using special aluminium alloy with advantageous resistance features, consolidated by cold plastic working, what decreases shipment costs and costs of assembling in street traffic. Aluminium poles with their construction and great elasticity provides bigger safety in case of collision,
anodized surfaces are integrally connected to the base, thanks to what there is no possibility to their spalling, chipping or delamination,

TECHNOLOGY

ROSA to design, introduce modern technology for the production of durable aluminium poles made on a specially designed digitally controlled machines, which by using rotational squeezing method change aluminium pipe into requested cone. During this production process poles gain high resistance parameters with very light construction in the same time.

For customer request producer prepares individual resistance report for the pole.

MATERIALAluminium conical columns are made from aluminium alloy EN AW 6060 (in accordance with standard PN EN 485-3). Aluminium column base plates are pressed from EN AW 5754 aluminum alloy sheet. Alloy is used in the welding process, mechanical and chemical polishing and easily creates the oxide coating in anodization.

SURFACE FINISH

Essentials element of poles and lighting masts is their finish.
Surface of poles and lighting masts is finished by anodization in standard – only that kind of product provided the highest quality and durability.

Anodizing – surface working based on electromechanical method which creates an oxide layer.Anodizing is use for:

anticorrosion and mechanical surface protection of the metal, with taking into consideration filiform corrosion but also against more aggressive actions as sea water, light acids.
ornamental purposes – anodized aluminium alloys gain characteristic surface quality and durable non grindable colour surface.

In 2008 ROSA has starter it’s own anodizing plant, where there is a possibility of interferential colouring of aluminium.Presently we offer anodized surfaces in twelve unique colours:

natural, gold, champagne, olive, brown, black,

inox,grey, graphite, green, anthracite, claret.

There is a possibility of surface finish by powder painting. Painting – electrostatic application of powder paints on the surface then paint polymerization by soaking. Colorization is based on RAL pallet system. While ordering type of the paint should be consulted with the producer when products will be installed in aggressive environment, climate conditions with great insolation or very low temperatures or exposed on sea water or sand etc actions.
