APPLICATION:Słupy z tworzywa

Poles with external plastic coating type S, SP and SM – because of their form are assigned mainly to illuminate old style streets, monuments, parks. They are also useful for illumination of  pedestrian and road lines, housing estates, boulevard, parks, areas around hotels and malls, restaurants etc.

 




GROUPS OF POLES:
Traditional pole type S – poles with stylized ornamental, with height form 1,4 m to 5,28 m, produced in black colour.

Classic poles type SP – poles with modern form, produced in black or white or grey colour with height from 2,88 to 6m.

Composit poles type SM – poles with reinforced construction being a connection element of poles type S and SP. Produced in black colour with height from 4,44 to 5,86m.

CONSTRUCTIONBudowa słupa z tworzywa
Poles with external plastic coating are build from three mutual connected materials: steel, stiff polyurethane foam and plastic. Supporting structure if steel pipe with hybrid construction welded to steel base reinforced with angle strut. On that construction we place plastic elements. First element is steel base cover made of copolymer PE, PP by injection method. Following elements are put one on another – they are made of special plastic composition by thermoforming method. Space between steel construction and external coating is filled with self-extinguishing, still polyurethane foam.

 

 

Pole was designed to transmit loads coming mainly from wind pressure by it’s steel construction.

Poles type  S, SP and  SM  are offered in two versions:
·         with door for connection box with additional letter „W”
·         without door
