To do so in 2003 we introduced quality management system ISO 9001:2008, which is verified every year by the internal and external audit. All the processes taking place in the company are constantly monitored, verified and improved. Our quality policy is known to all the employees – they are aware that every one of them is link of the chain which is an element of the product’s quality. How the company is being seen by the Customers depends upon their individual actions.
